Global education stands at a pivotal moment. While challenges in foundational learning have persisted for decades, new fiscal pressures—such as a decline of over $1 billion in development aid—have brought added urgency to the task of improving education outcomes. This moment offers an opportunity to rethink how we deliver impact. By focusing on efficient, equitable and evidence-based approaches, we can help ensure that limited resources go further—reaching more learners and delivering better results.
