Project overview

India’s National Education Policy of 2020 aims to achieve universal foundational literacy and numeracy in early primary schooling. Large-scale education reforms in preschool and primary school have been implemented to support the policy.

In this context, our project aims to study implementation and policy delivery at scale. Working in close partnership with the government of Uttar Pradesh, the What Works Hub for Global Education will evaluate reforms delivered by government functionaries using government channels.
