Investigating levers for strengthening the coaching provided by teacher-mentors to improve teaching and learning processes at scale
Project overview
This project examines how structured pedagogy, targeted instruction and academic mentorship impact classroom practices and scalability of effective teaching approaches. Barriers to teacher adoption of effective practices will be investigated using mixed methods, including qualitative and quantitative analyses.
