Morgan is an Engagement Director at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. She oversees a portfolio of mixed-methods research studies, drawing on methods from applied behavioural science to address challenges in education and youth employment across East and West Africa, as well as South Asia. Her work involves collaborating with a diverse range of partners from both the public and private sectors. Prior to Busara, she worked for The Vanguard Group in the US, The Peace Corps in Benin, and London Business School in the UK. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Drexel University.
