Luca Marchina

Operations Director (working through Palladium)

Luca Marchina is a Senior Manager at Palladium. Currently working as Operations Director in the setup of the What Works Hub for Global Education. He leads the creation of positive impact through the setup and implementation of adaptive and sustainable multi-country, multi-stakeholders, multi-client projects. This includes business development, start up, project management, stakeholder engagement.

Luca has delivered programmes in more than 25 countries, funded by major clients including the UK Government, the European Commission, the US Government, the World Bank and the UN, and across multiple sectors such as health, education, sport, humanitarian, logistics, livelihood, agriculture and research. Luca has spent over 9 years living and delivering projects in East Africa.

Luca holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and International Relations from the University of Padova.
