Bringing her experience working on large-scale TaRL programs in India, Chavi led the design and implementation of the first TaRL pilot in Borno, Nigeria in 2018. In her current role as the Deputy Director of Measurement, Learning and Evaluation at TaRL Africa, she leads programmatic measurement, monitoring and review processes, in support of continuous data-based improvements during TaRL implementation. She also leads innovations at TaRL Africa.
