Renowned for expertise in education, economic growth, governance, and private sector competitiveness, he has worked on policy development in education, created implementation frameworks for governments: supporting education and training, SDG compliance, and workforce development. He advised governments on key measures for institutional strengthening, HR capacity building and private sector development. Having held senior leadership roles, he excels in managing complex projects and shaping strategies that foster resilience, growth and sustainability.
