Pauline Ingabire

British Council Country Convenor, Rwanda

Pauline is the British Council Country Convenor for the What Works Hub for Global Education in Rwanda. The British Council plays a crucial role in the Hub, acting as a facilitator and convenor, bringing together stakeholders to support and strengthen the data, evidence, and research ecosystem in country.

With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, Pauline brings deep expertise in programme management with a particular focus on teacher development, language proficiency and EdTech enabled education in Rwanda. Pauline holds an MA in Data Analytics and Information Systems from Ardent University and a BA in Computer Science and Systems from the University of Rwanda, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
