Rebekka Flam
Senior Program Associate, Results for Development (R4D)
Rebekka is a senior program associate on the education team at Results for Development (R4D). In this role, she supports the School Action Learning Exchange (SALEX), an international education network, and conducts qualitative research for projects focused on education technology. Before joining R4D, Rebekka worked as a teacher and facilitator with nonprofit organisations in Thailand that promote access to education for migrant youth and support leadership development. Rebekka holds an MA in development, education, and international cooperation and a BS in environmental studies and international affairs.
