Nancy Gikandi serves as the Research and Development Manager at Dignitas. She brings a wealth of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation to her role. At Dignitas, her focus lies in designing and executing research projects as well as implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning systems. This includes developing theories of change, logical frameworks, monitoring frameworks, data collection tools, and reporting frameworks. Nancy is also tasked with promoting organisational learning by sharing essential evidence that contributes to the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of programmes.
