Meshack is a monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist with over a decade of experience driving data-informed education initiatives in Tanzania. He specialises in strengthening national education systems through strategic partnership with international and national donor-funded programmes. Meshack worked with the Iringa Regional Education Office to build technical capacity among district government education officers, empowering them to leverage data for evidence-based decision-making. In Iringa, he supported the application of group-administered learning assessment (GALA) metrics to identify struggling readers and implement targeted, remedial catch-up programmes. Meshack is passionate about optimising resource allocation in education through robust data planning.
