Vincent Manirakiza is an Associate Professor of Geography Education at the College of Education, University of Rwanda. With over 20 years of experience in the Rwandan education system, he has actively participated in numerous local and international research projects. Recent projects include Learning to Improve Book Resource Operational Systems (LIBROS), Transforming Education for Sustainable Futures (TESF), Application of Curriculum-Based Approaches in Teaching Geography in Rwandan Schools, and Developing Inclusive Lifelong Learning Policies and Practices in the Global South. He contributes to the development of educational materials for both general and adult education in Rwanda as a Quality Assurer. Additionally, he serves as a Developer and Facilitator for the School Leadership and Education Coaching and Mentorship Programme – a collaborative initiative led by VVOB Education for Development, the Rwanda Basic Education Board and the College of Education.
