Judith Herbertson is the Head of Girls’ Education Department at UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Judith has held previous roles in embassies and high commissions overseas, in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Afhganistan, Sudan and Pakistan, as well as in the UK. She joined the Department for International Development in 2003.
