Jodie Elms

Project Officer

Jodie Elms is a Project Officer at the What Works Hub for Global Education. She manages the operational aspects of the programme and supports designing processes and tools to ensure efficient delivery.

Before joining the Hub, she worked as a Project Officer for the Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT) at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. She also worked as the Programme Coordinator for the Oxford Policy Fellowship, which provided legal technical assistance to governments in low-income countries and was run by Oxford Policy Management, an international development consultancy.

Jodie holds a BSc in Geography and Sports Science from Loughborough University, UK, and PRINCE2 Project Management and APM Foundation certifications.
