Dhir Jhingran

Founder and Executive Director, Language and Learning Foundation

Dhir Jhingran is the Founder and Executive Director at the Language and Learning Foundation, a non-profit focused on improving students’ foundational learning at scale.

Dhir has worked in the primary education sector for over 30 years – about 20 years in the Government, both at the national and state levels, and 10 years in non-profits. His other roles include Senior Advisor to UNICEF India, Advisor to the Ministry of Education in Nepal, Asia Regional Director and Chief Program Officer with Room to Read.
