Adia Umulisa 

Research and Policy Advisor, Innovations for Poverty Action

Adia is a researcher with particular interest in using quantitative research to produce usable evidence for education and social protection policymaking. She is currently the Research and Policy Advisor at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Rwanda, embedded in the Ministry of Education. Adia has a double MSc in Public Policy and Human Development and worked with the International Growth Centre prior to joining IPA.
