Alphonse Uworwabayeho

Co-Principal Investigator

Alphonse Uworwabayeho is a Professor at the University of Rwanda-College of Education. He has played a vital role in policy reforms in Rwanda. Notable contributions include shaping the competence-based curriculum, establishing national standards for effective school leadership, and implementing certification and coaching programs for educators in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. With expertise in teacher development, pedagogy, and technology-integrated education, he has authored over 40 academic articles and book chapters. His work has been featured in esteemed journals such as Language and Education, Compare, International Journal of Educational Development, and Education and Information Technologies, among others.
