Shraddha Iyer Raghupathi

Manager, British Asian Trust

Shraddha is a Manager for Social Finance at the British Asian Trust. She currently leads the implementation of LiftEd, an outcomes-based initiative aimed at improving foundational learning for 4 million children across India through a first-of-its-kind Development Impact Bond along with an Ed-tech Accelerator. With significant experience in the development sector, Shraddha has honed skills spanning strategy, programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation across sectors such as education, gender equality, and innovative finance.

Her career in development started with the grassroots-led Teach for India and progressed to include experiences at multilaterals such as the UN World Food Programme and consulting organisations such as GDi Partners. At GDi Partners, Shraddha worked closely on an outcomes-linked EdTech programme with the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and the Government of India’s NITI Aayog. Academically, she holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
