Permie Isaac is an experienced foundation phase specialist dedicated to enhancing the quality of early childhood education.  

She began her career as a classroom teacher, quickly recognizing the critical role of the foundation phase in shaping a child’s educational journey. This insight fuelled a passion for teacher professional development, understanding that well-supported and continuously learning teachers are key to effective early childhood education. 

Over the years, Permie has worked in various educational settings, including public schools, private institutions, and non-profit organizations. She has led workshops, seminars, and training sessions on a wide range of topics, including early literacy and numeracy, classroom management and differentiated instruction. Her approach is always hands-on, research-based, and focused on practical strategies that teachers can immediately apply in their classrooms.
